I am writing this to applaud Karen Branch on the way she conducted herself during the selling of my home.  My ex husband and I had decided to go our separate ways and on informing Karen of our pending transition she bent over backwards to ensure both of us were kept fuly informed on the whole process.

She gave us separate phone calls and sent us individual documentation and was very professional in her approach to our situation while at the same time made us feel very comfortable when we all met to discuss the sale.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank you and Bronwyn very much for the service and assistance you have given me throughout the process of managing the rental of my property in Anakie.  I have appreciated, in particular, the timeliness with which everything has been managed, the practical solutions to problems and the easy communications.

Regretfully, a marital property dispute/process arose and resulted in my being required to relinquish ownership of that property.  This also meant the unfortunate dislocation of the incumbant rentor at that time and the associated service of documents etc as directed by the Court.  I can only thank you for the level of professionalism you displayed in dealing with what could only have been described as a messy situation.  It is very satisfying to know that I have been dealing with people who maintain a very high standard of integrity and also loyalty.  For your assistance and compassion towards the rentor, I am also appreciative.

I have dealt with Sarah now on numerous occasions.  At all times she has treated me with respect, a welcome and friendly tone in her voice and above all, professionalism.  Sarah has put up with my bad moods and still behaved exactly the same way.

I hope the company rewards employees such as Sarah, they are hard to come by in this day & age.  Sarah is obviously 100% committed to her role at Carey's and she projects a fabulous image for eht company both in person and on the phone.

Sarah is a delight to deal with and I know when I call Carey's if Sarah answers my query will be listened to straight away then passed on if required.  I would recommend Sarah to any employer, so watch out Carey's, I am not the only client of yours with Sarah in mind for future ventures!

Hi Christina,

We have had Christina as our managing agent for 18 months or so, and if she ws to ever leave Carey First National, we would follow her anywhere she goes.  Christina has now signed on two lots of tenants on our two properties and honestly, I don't think she could be any more helpful.  From organising to get one of our tenants to the bank to authorize a direct debit so he wouldn't fall behind in his rent (and he never has) to organising quotes for us when we are unable to.  Anytime Christina rings to let us know there is something to be done she is already so organised, that she can tell us what, where, how much and when.  she is always cheerful and helpful and we believe she is an asset to Carey First National and they should be very proud of her.
