What is Best Practice ?
Best Practice is the First National Real Estate Quality Management System for offices, providing procedures and guidelines for implementing standardized customer service systems. It is aligned to the international ISO 9002 systems for customer service.

The First National Real Estate Best Practice system provides member offices with a comprehensive training program and internal operating procedures that fully describe every aspect of the core business of selling and leasing property.

First National Real Estate members use these procedures to modify and amend to their own office environment, to develop a guaranteed level of for customers and standards that provide confidence during every step of the real estate buying/selling procedure. And since Best Practice is a process of continuous improvement, Best Practice offices are continually finding ways to eliminate mistakes and build customer satisfaction.

Best Practice procedures can be downloaded from FirstNet for immediate use by offices, or they can be found in the current Best Practice Manual available from the National Office. All new members receive a copy of this Manual in their New Member Kit.

The Best Practice logo can only be used by Best Practice accredited members. The proportions between the symbol and logotype are fixed and should not be altered.
