If you have a particular property or requirement in mind that we do not appear to have please contact us and let us know. At Carey First National we often have properties that have just been listed that have not been placed on the internet or been advertised in our window dispay or in the newspaper. We often ring people that we know are looking for that particular type of property prior to it being advertised. Please feel free to come in and talk to a sales consultant about your property needs.

5. Develop a relationship with one of our professional Sales Consultants, they will be able to tell you about the property in detail and arrange an inspection. Our Sales Consultant will be able to advise you of any additional information you may need and also inform you of any new listings that hit the market before they are advertised. 6. Prior to the settlement day a final inspecion will be arranged. This is to ensure that the property is in the same condition as when you last inspected it and that all of the inclusions are as per the contract you signed are in place.
